Booking

Cancellation or rescheduling within 24-hours for anything outside of an illness (Covid or otherwise) is subject to 100% service fees being charged. But technically I reserve the right to waive that fee at my discretion. 

 

Outside 24-hours prior, all rescheduling and cancellations are free of charge - the exception being the $50 deposit for first-time (or full set) clients is non-refundable from the time of booking.
